Idle Air Control valve is the number 1 suspect. Unscrew the IAC from the back of the plenum near the brake booster and clean it out with carby cleaner. Then also clean the throttle if it's filthy. You can raise the base idle with a 3/16 inch allen key in the hole in the top of the throttle body part of the plenum. And check your ignition timing isn't retarded.
AFM idle voltage adjustment is somewhere in the tech section, search should find it. AFM should be cleaned with a light spray of special contact cleaner.
