I have been running Jet A1 through my TD5 for quite a few years now, and would have to say I have not noticed any ill effects.
The way i run it, is to fill the tank with Diesel, then after 400 km, i top the tank off with 40 Litres of Jet A1. So, at worst a 50:50 mix.
Just make sure the fuel is clear and bright and free of any contaminants before putting into tank.
