my engine number is a 16P..i think that indicates the update model/eu3 motor.
although i think my motor may be really close to the last of the 10P blocks?

How come the replacement head gasket comes with plastic dowells? Old stock, non-genuine or isn't LR recognising there's an issue here.

Certainly does Paul, manifolds, head and cam etc etc all have 02 date stamps. The late heads all have an external fuel line that runs from front of head to fuel block. Early heads are not interchangeable.Quote:
