Hi Serg, I am thinking of sizing up a pair of RRC EAS shock turrets for the 110. I'll let you know if they fit OK. Otherwise, there are a few from UK suppliers, but the last pair I was given to fit to a customers vehicle required a lot of rework to fit. It was very poor, but strong.

Id even be happy to fab my own, how do they mount the lower end of shock to axle?

If you have a chance to take a squiz under a RRC with EAS you'll see that the lower shock mounts are fabbed as part of the axle housing just above the area where the front bolt for the radius rod comes out. I am thinking of actually using a EAS front axle housing in the 110 (As it is the same in all other aspects) to make it easier, but obviously I'll be checking if I can even mount the turrets in there first, something I haven't got round to doing yet.
The aftermarket ones actually have a bracket that uses the radius rod bolt and the Panhard bracket to hold it in place

If you get around to this, I'd really appreciate some photos. Even some photos of the EAS turrets and mounts would be good.

Try Terrafirma. I have fitted external shock mounts to a 130 dual cab. Very simple install

I have been told that the towers from the EAS RRC's will bolt straight on to the chassis as the holes are there on one side, and the other side uses the steering box holes, but I think you will have to cut the alloy lining in the wheel arch, then you just need to make something up for the axle end.

I went with the Bearmach kit, but it needed a couple of holes re-drilled to fit, and with disco 1 wheels, i now need to get the ofset changed as the tyres rub on the shocks in their new position when I turn sharply (I know HAVE to do a 3 point turn to do a u-turn in my wide street ( about 19m wide!)

JC, i gave Matt my old set for his 120 project, bolt straight on, just have to fab the lower mounts, pretty sure Matt can get you good photo's of them if need be.

Guys this is what I did back in 2004 I used a range rover classic front diff as the bottom shock mounts are part of the diff housing



I used one original rangie mount and on the otherside I had a custom one made as the original mount fouled with the supercharger the mounts bolt straight onto the chassis with existing bolts from memory the steering box also uses these bolt holes left hand or right hand drive
