I've removed the front LH ant-roll bar link, and when attempting to fit the slickrock bar, it's about 12mm longer than the bar removed ? A dry fitup shows its too long and won't fit, and it's screwed down to its shortest length ...

Right, off to work, hot saw 15mm off each end, re-thread both halves back together and adjust to be the same straight dimension as the original bar .... when fitting it I have to pull the swaybar end down slightly to get the end of the disconnect to slide onto the pin on the axle housing.

Me thinks now may it's a tad to short and needs to be lengthed ...

How do I figure out what length the swaybar disconnect needs to be set at ?
