Well after exploring Buladelah over the weekend with four Defenders, result was 2 dead alternators. Mud there must be particularly unfriendly.

Anyway it made home with a jumper lead charge from a 200tdi fitted with twin alternators, but only just. While pulling into my driveway, it shut down the clock, radio etc. On with the Nanocom, flicking between 8.9 & 9.0 volts. 9 must the magic number as it starts to shut down.

Now booked in for tadpole removal.
