Umm, yes and no. The late 3.9 (serpentine engine) has no oil pump drive dog. The early 3.5 and 3.9 dissy's have a drive dog which is opposite to the one in the P76. You will have to get a 3.9 oil pump gear, press out the drive shaft and press it into the 4.4 oil pump gear. That is of course if you are using the original front cover on the 4.4. If the Rover V8 front cover assembly is fitted it's a drop-in fit.
