    dyno'd the 300tdi yesterday

ran the defender up on the dyno yesterday

    93HP@58km/h
    587FtLb@44k/hr
3rd gear, CDL engaged, front axle on jack stands

some on the forum would say she blows a bit of black smoke

the fuel pumped has been tweeked for some time with the odd adjustment from hear and there

over all it was pretty good, we backed the fuel screw off a bit along the the screw on top of the diaphragm, not sure of its correct name. we had 95HP prior to the adjustments

i was getting around 11.3km/l and will be interested if there is any improvement. i have not notice any changes in power or drivability so thats good

I don't think 798NMs would be right - somewhere a lot less than 380Nms I would have thought - the R380 box is only rated to 380Nms so would be a lot less at the wheels.

I would have thought HP or KW to be less at the wheels than the engine and torque ft/lbs or Nm at the wheels to be more as its being mutiplied by the gear reductions.......
