    I find the hydraulic method a bit messy. Just chip it out it isn't at all hard to run a sharp flat blade screwdriver/ chisel along the inner face longitudinally until it cuts through, and it'll fall out. Its only sintered bronze.

    DO NOT forget to lube it with oil, NOT grease.
