Thread: R380 Clutch alignment tool measurements?

I find the hydraulic method a bit messy. Just chip it out it isn't at all hard to run a sharp flat blade screwdriver/ chisel along the inner face longitudinally until it cuts through, and it'll fall out. Its only sintered bronze.

DO NOT forget to lube it with oil, NOT grease.

you want the inner diameter of the shaft splines, not the outer otherwise it wont fit through the clutch plate.
