TD5 Fuel Pressure Regulator Hissing/leaking
Hi Guys.
My regulator is hissing/leaking after head recon. The regulator is held in by a clip. Can it leak from there? Do I just replace the gasket or should I have the need to replace the regulator (and gasket of course)? Are these expensive?
Sorry.. A few questions thrown in there.
Cheers,
Vince.

Needs a bit of a closer look to tell where the leak is from.
It's bolted on with 3 bolts that may be loose, if so a tighten or gasket may fix it.
One of the fuel lines is screwed in and may be leaking past the "O" ring.
There is "O"rings on the other clip on fuel lines but they usualy don't leak.
Also they have been known to leak from the "O" rings in the housing and need to be changed as a unit.
(There was thread on fitting new "O" rings to the regulator a while back, you may need to search for it )

Thanks Mate
Both O rings have been changed as one was leaking. From what I can see it's leaking from the regulator itself and dripping on to the block. A fairly strong hissing sound when the fuel pump is active. I have checked the bolts. They seem OK.
