Big tyre vibration
I recently bought some 15 x 8 rims with worn 32"-12.5 x 15 Goodyear MTRs for my Defender, they make a roar at speed and I was expecting that, but they have a vibration once you take off, until you get to about 30 kmh. I think it could be a balance issue, but I thought it would show more at higher speed. I tried 33 psi then dropped it down to 30 but am only guessing at the pressure, next I will try more.
The tyres are quite worn and it probably isn't worth paying to get them balanced, so I will probably put them under the house until I can afford new ones if I can't solve this.

If they are badly worn, they will be difficult to balance. If you want to persevere, ask your tyre guy to try rotating them on the rim ( both beads broken ) That will give you less weights and the best ( possible ) balance.
If they are really bad, they are best kept for off road use only to get some use out of what is left of the tread.
