    short cam long cam

    I just orderd a new cam shaft for my landrover disco1 99 model and I went to install it today and when i pulled out the old one the snout on the end was about 50mm longer than the new one and i cant mount the timing gears or the dizzy gear what cam have they sent me. is it for a non dizzy 4 litre

    Yup, got it in one. There's D2's made in '99 too which is where the confusion arises.
