Thread: Series exhaust extractors same as County?? WTF

I was picking up a set of exhaust extractors for a Series IIa/III 2 1/4 and were discussing the Lukey Vs Genie (Lukey $150 more) when the vendor suggests the extractors were the same as those on the County. Cant be the Tdi 200/300 because of the turbo.

Did we get the 2.5 litre petrol County out here?

What other compatibilities are there between the various Rover 4 cyl post series 1? Including the 200 and 300 Tdi.

Raises the question as to where the extractors were made - if they came form the UK they were probably identified as fitting the 2.5 as well. Or perhaps even if the extractors were built locally, perhaps the drawings came form the UK, and were labelled for the County as well.

The 2.5 petrol County was never sold here (nor the 2.5 diesel and turbodiesel).
