Hell, JC even talks to you on the phone and quietly reminds you of that other wholesaler/supplier that you have forgotten about as you are too friggin stressed and brain dead worrying about finishing the current jobs on your plate before heading away, even though he has work up to his eyeballs too.
Geez i have have just done my front wheel bearings on the defender and looked and I have used the ftc4785 seal as provided to me. So I should be using rtc3511??? What is the main difference and why are the ftc4785 being supplied?
Man I am going to get good at doing these bearings .
Edit: Ok dont worry about me, RTC3511 is for oil fed, as I had been told in my own thread :bangin:.
Yeah, that Terri and Bridget are sweeties...(That'll embarass them if they hear that!:p) really knows her stuff, hasn't been there a long time but is A very capable parts interpreter. Except when you start talking Early county and 2 door rangie, she gets a bit antsy as those catalogues are in book form:D:D:D. I make a point of asking her questions about my car at least once a week:p
I call it good training - dealing with difficult customers 101.
JC
