Why this Forum is so good!
Had the SRS lamp come on on my Rangovery (DII for this discussion).
I had previously had it come on and had cleaned the connectors under the seats to fix it but this time it refused to go off.
After being quoted what I think was drug money (between $75 to $150) for two minutes work to retrieve some codes by the usual workshops in Melbourne I put out a call out on AULRO.
Board member OFFTRACK (Paul) came to the rescue. I nipped over to his inner Melbourne home on a Saturday morning and within a minute he had a list of codes for me start investigating. We cleared what codes we could and that left me with just one (drivers airbag).
When I got home I dropped the panel below the steering column and unplugged and re-connected the airbag wire that goes to the rotary connector (clockspring).
Started the motor with fingers crossed and VOILA, the SRS lamp went out.
WOO-HOO!!!
So I would just like to publicly thank Paul for his help and I hope this little tale helps someone else save a quid and maybe easily fix an SRS "light-on' problem.
P.S. Gotta get me one of them Nanocom thingys.

There are several on here who, without them it would have cost me a whole lot - or I would have just sold the disco.
It's easy to see who they are - they have like a millions thanks against their names
