    Yes done that all appears to be fine the fingers all seem fine and the alignment appears ok , Ive spoken with Drew at Hiline and his opinion is clutch plate has imploded mind you all looks good from underneath , No bits and pieces in the bell housing , Ill remove the slave tomorrow morning for further investigation.

    Well the problem is fixed, well, its on its way to being fixed.... depends on how motivated chris got after i left!!

    Problem turned out to be clutch fork, but not the typical area where the pivot punches through the clutch fork.



    One of the pins that holds the tabs that push the thrust bearing had sheared off and both it and the tab were no where to be found. Could not see this through the home made inspection hole as it was the top pin.

    New clutch fork was getting braced @ the pivot point when i left.

    Rangieman can add more info if req.

    Oh great, yet another failure point.

    Does anyone make a cast version of this problematic fork these days ?

    Yes all going again what a day its been helps with a hoist and tranny jack ,
    All fitted up with a Exedy H/D clutch Wow crap pressed tin fork , i will ad tho the little pad that went on that pin was no where to be found chewed up the fly wheel i guess , As cal posted the pic ill just ad a pic of the brace i welded on
