    I arrived at Toowoomba LR this arvo just as the two teks arrived back from their test drive, scanner still plugged in.
    no smiles anywhere.
    plugs have been hot,
    leads are good,
    compression on one cylinder down to 130, ( let me guess which---)
    no faults codes bad or otherwise.
    fuel pressure to be tested first thing in the morning.

    lots of head shaking from the Teks.

    Mrs Pedro keeps showing the BBQ lighter to me--

    going down hill fast--
    car now barely idles when cold, doesnt rev enough to change gears,
    when it warms up I can provoke auto slippage,, but still wont rev freely,

    its now barely drivable,,

    I wonder if it could be an auto problem,,,

    I could probably deal you in on a tdi manual, they dont have any of those issues
