since no one else has yet offered assistance to a damsel in distress ....

If you're asking about the bags that fit inside the coils then I think you'll find it all in post #23 of the following thread:

    RED 130's Suspension Change

(..... the search function (2nd row above) is your friend )

be aware that that particular Truckspring kit is maybe for a Nissan ? .... and I don't think it includes the plastic spacers that Airbagman includes, not a big issue with the $s you will save but you may need to make or acquire the missing supports

are you after a full coil replacement? i have done quite a bit of research into this for front and rear of a defender recently, my suggestion would be to buy the kit from the airbag man and save yourself the hassle of making mounts and bump stop spacers etc, they do the kit with everything you need for about 950 i think it is, the springs from truck springs will cost you somewhere between 150-250US each depending on which type you go for and add about 130-150US shipping on top of that.

If you want i can dig out the part no's i have for the full coil replacements part no for several different lengths depending on what you are after.

thanks for the response yes i am interested in a complete air spring setup on the rear on my defender. i am a bit hesitant about air bag suspension up front because i am unsure what would happen if one blew. i also belive the shock would have to be mounted in front of the bag possibly making it vunerable. i have seen an air bag rear end setup from truck springs and noticed the air bag rubs on chassie is this normal.

Yes the airbag rubbing on the chassis seems fairly well unavoidable on the larger air springs using the standard defender spring seats, no doubt you could avoid this with some modifications to the spring seats but there are several others on here running these already and i am pretty sure they would all rub a little, but i beleive the bellows are very robust and this shouldnt be to much of an issue.

I was talking to airbag man again the other day, the rear only kit is about 1300 with shocks valved for the airbags from ultimate suspension, the airbags with 1t14c-3 bellows which have about 11in of travel, spacers for the bump stops(35mm), base plate for the spring and upper spring seat mount.
