I'd say anywhere. We had lots of problems here in the Dandenong Ranges east of Melbourne, all seasons, in the bus fleet, but it really only happened to the older fleet that didn't get used much ( the newer stuff was getting refuelled much more often ). The stuff would clog the fuel pickup strainer and cause massive power loss. Cost a few clutches in the old B6 Volvos trying to get started up hills.
