    Cost of 35" MTs

I have been looking at tyres for my 101 with 8" wide rims for a while. 101Ron has taken the plunge and gone for 36" Simex's but I want stay with standard 35" noting that there is a bigger range. Also I can use my old bar treads or sand tyres as a spare as they are the same rolling diameter.

I have been looking at 315/75R16 BFG MT KM2s which are a true 35" (883mm dia), Toyo MTs, Mickey Thompson MTZs and Maxxis Bighorns (these are a tad smaller). All are within about $50 fitted.

Sort of settled on the Km2s for $430 fitted. Is this a good price or could I do better - prices in Canberra are over the top so looking at buying in Sydney.

    Thanks

Garry, there's a place in Sydney on the corner of Roberts Rd, and Hume hwy., I think the suburb is Greenacre, coming form Sydney on the Hume it is directly the other side of the overpass that comes from Homebush Bay to Join with king Georges rd.
Can't for the life of me think of the name, I know I'll look on Google Earth Street View and get the name. They are always cheaper than anyone else, I bought a set of tyres there and saved $110/tyre over the next best price, Regards Frank.
Got it, Payless Tyres, 9642 4200
