I've got a bit further on it, managed to get the flywheel off by bolting a plate to lock the mounting bolts on the flywheel and bell housing bolts together, then a 1 metre bar and was really quite effortless in the end.
Next job was the rear main seal, I pulled the old one out and discovered it wasn't the problem. Had quite a bit of sealant to keep it good. So I managed to get the new one in with more sealant and it's looking the goods.
I changed the spigot bush while I was in there as well.
Just got to wait til a new gearbox input seal arrives then it's time to put it all back together.
