    Mate are you aware that a Discovery and a Freelander are completely different vehicles, not even in the same class, assuming you are talking about a FL1 and D2 then a D2 has live axles, the tail shafts go from the transfer case to the diffs, a Freelander has independant suspension, front diff is built in to the gearbox and rear is also mounted on the chassis, they only have a rear tailshaft, completely different setup

    Many thanks for your reply regarding drive shaft.

    Please guide me on:
    Are the parts of 2001 Freelander 2.5 v6 patrol 5spd Tiptronic, interchangeable with 2002 Freelander 2.5 v6 patrol 5spd Tiptronic? parts like motor, tranny etc.
