    On an LT230, yes it's just a screwed in stud. Not sure of the thread but you can replace it with anything that fits.

    My speedo and Tacho finally arrived today.

    Just another question. Does anyone know what type of speedo sender is on the D1/late Rangie? There are a few ways to wire up the speedo depending on the type of sensor you have. I am guessing that it is an "inductive sensor" but I just wanted to make sure.
