    40/20A Relays???

    Doing some wiring for a thermo fan setup, and I have noticed a couple of changeover relays labelled as 12v 40/20A......

    why the 2 current ratings?

    They will just have external blade fuses,,
    pick your own amp rating

    40A for the contact on the energised side (N.O.) and 20A on the non-energised side (N.C.)
