Start out testing with green painters tape.
once you have the area that you need to cover sorted mask up the outside and then spray with a cheap black matt paint. If you've got it right remove the bull bar scribe the area out, remove the cheap paint, remask and paint or pay a painter/panel beater to hit it up with a good quality matt, etch primed 2 pack paint.

Get a couple of tins (spray) of Wrinkle Black (like on old camera bodies and some alloy rocker covers) or you can even colour match to your body colour, being rough and flat black (or whatever colour) it will not reflect light back towards you, a bit of masking tape and some old newspapers and you're in business, Regards Frank.
