Thread: LT230 bolts

Does anyone know what size the bolts are for LT230 to ZF auto.

I bought the TC second hand and forgot to ask the seller for the bolts.

Unless I'm suffering from CRAFT - the bolts should be the same as manual,and they are: flanged head M10 x 1.5 - Two 35mm long, 3 40mm long and 1 45mm long, with 1 stud similar. However, the last time I did a refit I dumped it for another 45mm bolt.

The two shorties go facing the rear otherwise it locks the intermediate gears & chews the bolts. The longest goes on top.

Since you're at Redcliffe, MR should be able to dredge up a set.
