    SAFE radiator sealer ?

    Nice easy one. (?)

My Classic radiator is now leaking at a seam, dropping around 5~8 mm drop in the plasitic tank per 50km to/from work.
It was 'serviced' just before I bought it, 45k and two years ago. - Suspect a poor soldering job.

I've got to keep using it for another few weeks before I can have it done properly. - $170. (or replace it...)

Any suggestions as to a 'safe' radiator sealant to get me though ? - - Or any to avoid ?
    - One that actually works would be a bonus...

    Thanks.

    James in Gosnells.

I've been using the Nulon brand stop leak for a few years, no particular problems with it. It does well for minor leaks, especially gaskets.

James I cant remember the name of the truck parts place,I was sent there to pick 2 brake drums up that werent at the other supplier to fulfil our order.
Its in Abernethy rd Welshpool.Almost opposite Westrac Trucks and next to the Volvo/Mack truck dealer. There is a 4x4 parts place there too.
