    P38 Drivers window will not operate

    Hi
    All windows are working except the front driver window, firstly would not operate if car or door was hot (in sun), now will not operate at all, where do I find instructions to fix it?

    check your window modulator.it is in panel on passenger side front.sometimes the solder becomes faulty.need to re solder.

    The switch pack in the console is a problem area as its in direct line of fire from the drinks holder. Give the switch a blast of contact cleaner. Taking the switch pack out is easy. The window regulator is also prone to breaking however you should hear the clank of it trying to move.
