Series 2 clcok bulb

Hello All

I have read on another post that the bulb on the clock on my series 2 can easily be replaced by taking out the clock..

I have tried pulling out the clock but fear I may damage surrounding panel.

How do I remove without major scratches.

ALSO - my odometer bulb has blown. How do I replace that??????????

Is this for a 1960's Series II Land Rover

or a Discovery 2 Series II?

I ask 'cos I don't recall the old Series II having a clock and most Series II owners wouldn't be worried about scratches.

A plastic credit card slid in on top and another at the botttom, that releases the locking tabs and you pull it out with the cards.
