    What models/years did they come on, and when did they change?

    If you are talking old vs new. The change to narrow spacing came with the redesign for abs. Around 92 in the rangie I think.

    yes, up until the vented rotors came in, about 1990/1991.

    Be aware that there was a very small change in the pitch diameter of the flange bolts from early to latter wide bearing hubs. Although a small difference it will prevent all of the bolts from fitting.

    I'm not sure exactly when the change occurred, but it seems to be a change from imperial to metric, but may have been the change from the old 10 spline cv's that had separate stub shafts. The old hubs will still be ok, but you need the correct drive flanges. Ashcroft and HTE have suitable flanges.
