If you have just removed the NNN ECU, placed the MSB ECU in car, removed the MSB ECU and placed back the NNN, and engine runs, there should not be any problem. Problem can occur, If you have changed any settings in the NNN ECU.
I have a spare ECU in car, and I can just disconect one and connect another, without any problems. And if both ECUs are correcly set for the car, I don't need to use the Nanocom for the change.
