What carby is it off and where does it go?
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

It's a necklace from one of those urban techno tribes!

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

Does the end bit (top in photo) move up and down (springloaded), if it does it is a needle and seat.
The end bit is moved up and down by the float in the fuel bowl, cuts off the fuel delivery when float reaches certain height, Regards Frank.

Thats what i was thinking, a fork on the float slots into the groove to lift it up/down.

What puzzles me this. In the pic the thread at the bottom looks like the attachment for the fuel line. The top thread looks like where it would screw into the carby body.

The problem here is the hole in the side is external.
