The timing pin kit and flywheel locking pin usually comes in the same kit and suits both 300 and 200. The crank shaft locking tool is normally sold separate and is a large piece of steel used to lock the crankshaft while undoing the balancer retaining nut.
 
I've got the locking pin kit and the crank locking tool I use on my 300 tdi, along with the special torque wrench for the belt, your more than welcome to borrow if you like.
