Could be the timing cover off a Leyland P76 V8. I believe the timing covers may have been interchangeable . Worth further investigation.
While looking at Youtube videos on the Rover V8 I came across a video where a guy is putting an early Rover V8 into a MGB. While talking about the timing cover he talks about a swivel type oil filter adaptor - he indicates that they were on the old Buick V8 but the one he has is on a Rover V8.
Has anyone used these and any ideas where I might get one.
Thanks
Garry

G`day ,
D&D Fabrications is the same as 215 Aluminum V8 .
Don`t know of any local sellers of their stuff , just the swivel part was $135 US from their list , you`re vid is also showing the later taller gears adaptor .
If you search either you`ll find a pdf cat with prices and gear .
Looks like it adds another place for a Rover to leak oil, but good idea for those TR7/ MGB V8 conversions.
