    2.25ltr Availability

I am looking to buy a 1969 IIa with a blown 4cyl engine. The rest of the vehicle is in good condition but the engine has thrown a rod out the side of the block.

What is the avialability of these engines in Australia?

What would I expect to pay for a tired, but not dead 2286? (I intend to do a rebuild as a part of the resoration experience).

Does anyone know of any that are for sale in Southern Qld or Northern NSW.

    Thanks in advance,

    Sam

I did put the one I had on the forum ages ago before one of the Crashes in the early days. I think wanted 2 cartons of XXXX gold for it. Dad is moving house and wanted to get rid of all the crap I left there . Don't know where I'm going to put the Jag and Mg A parts.
