Thread: Intermitent radio key lock/unlock D2 2003

Hi All,
This is my first post on something serious and its bugging me.

My key only works "normally" when the car battery is charged above 12.8 volts.
When its below 12.8 I have to put the key up the top of the rear passenger window behing the driver's door to make it work. Which it does after a few presses.

It seems that the radio receiver looses sensitivity. The dealer has tested the system bits and says they are ok.

Do I just get a new receive modeule or is there a way to prove what bit is going wrong?

Any help would be appreciated

Not silly at all, Both keys act the same and both have new batteries.
