If the FS is the replacement for what they called previously SINATF (fully synthetic fluid) then it's fine. I used this in my last trans (D2, 4HP22, rebuilt) and it was great). Currently using the FS in the new box, 4HP24 from Ashcrofts.
Hi guys,
I had a search of the good oil but I didn't find what I need; does anyone have experience using Penrite FS in the TDI Auto (ZF 4HP22)?
I see the oils meets the required specs (ZF TE-ML-11B/14and also mentions in the TDS it can be used but I am after first hand info as I see alot of older threads regarding Penrite BMV, and this Penrite FS is the oil made to replace the no longer attainable BMV.
Looking forward to your help,
Cheers Adam.

Thanks greenie clubber, I have been looking around Darwin for what I am after but it seems difficult to find.
This is the list of synthetic approved lubricants as at 13/1/2014
Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) . this is only the synthetics and there is another list of non synthetics. Just google ZF approved auto transmission lubricants for the other list.

I doubt Penrite has submitted but they may have tested themselves to meet the standard.
Castronl Transmax Z is what I use and should be available in Darwin or you could try the BP Agent.

They are delisting it and I got the last one at Erina. Bargain at $46.99. Goes to show their profit margin.
Someone posted a couple of weeks ago that Repco will still have it.
