Tyre size: 255 55 R18

Can I fit 255 60 R18 tyres instead without problems ?
I need an off-road tyre, the vehicle is to be used for what it's been made for (4wdriving), carrying passengers.

I've got the set of Goodyears that came with it, and quite frankly, they proved dissapointing. I've done 12.000 km, one of has a crack and they all look like they've done 50.000 km already.

It seams that Coopers don't do 255 55 R18, and they are the only ones producing an all terrain tyre for this size.
They have the 60 on their A/T3 All-Terrain.

Would the 60 be suitable ? Are there any other good options I should consider ?

In which case Coopers sell the Zeon LTZ in 255/55-19. If you want to fit 18" wheels, so you have a greater choice of tyres, then the only 18" wheels that fit are the ones sold by GOE.
