    F150 dont run 9" was a very early F100 9" the rear is 9.375" housing the same one that breaks when you go over the speed bump to fast at red rooster according to some

    Haha..thats the one, how have you found it with the 9"s and the 31spline, and what tourque are you running?
    Have u done rocky hill climbs or hard onroad driving, if so any dramas

    F150 ran dana type ours was completely stuffed at 40000 K replaced it with a
    9.375" and Detroit locker also an 8.2 L turbo charged GM diesel Still going strong since 91 So you know what you can do with your Dana

    Nothing wrong with well built 9" stock ones broke carrier and housing were rubbish in loaded f trucks, same as this dude set up, its the 24 spline stuff that will fail, not the innards

    sorry If I'm not getting it, but did you run a rear diff in the front?

    I just can't find anything on the net showing a Ford F truck with a Ford-9 in the front???

    F s have never run a 9" in the front is why you cant find any info The rear fits the front Have been running them without complaint since the sixtys in series LR They wont fit a F 150 as the TC runs on the opposite side with a chain BW

    Yep, kept cracking the axle tubes on the 9" under my poor old overloaded Effy
    Never had a problem with the D60 under the Jeep that preceded it
