I have my entire rear hub/stub assembly in solidworks.
The later spindles (measured from a 97 Disco) are 32mm inside and 45mm bearing seat. Bearings are 77.8mm OD (rounded).
My solidworks models do not show any scallops or other features preventing another group of M10 holes being drilled into the hub for 10 bolt drive flanges.
To keep the same stub axle wall thickness but allow a 38mm through (call it 40mm clearance) you'd need ~53mm OD.

Stock bearings are on page 6. I can't see any other options using the same OD. But boring the hub out to ~80mm gives you options for 50mm and 2" ID bearings.
