    Rear door prob.

I recently installed a rear wheel carrier and today slammed the 110s door and it's now stuck fast. I don't think the carrier is the prob as there appears to be no weight of wheel on the door now, but the damn thing is jammed shut. Luckily I had the door cover off while installing the carrier but no amount of levering of the handle or attempting to unlatch it from inside is working.
The central locking is locking/unlocking and I've been inside trying all sorts of things including flooding lock with penetrating oil in an effort to get things moving.
    Any ideas anyone?

Those latches are quite simple. Basically if you can get the lock snib to travel fully into the unlock position, then the only thing stopping it might be some stiffness in the unlock handle. Mine did this recently, but a very firm lift of the handle got it open. It felt like it was locked, but it wasn't. Perhaps someone on the inside and outside might convince it to move...

    Thanks BilboB.
I've been on the inside levering the latch upwards with a screwdriver while the Cook has been outside trying to lift the handle but no good.
I'll slacken off the bolts holding the wheel carrier to the door and see if that helps. .....possibly should have tried that before but didn't think of it until I was trying to sleep!

Had this sort of problem before. Child latch! Not in, Not out, Partial! The little lever may have been moved a bit. Stuffs the whole mechanism!

Me, I'm dealing with "not unlocking" off the key fob; slight turn of key unlocks door, reckon this is just a "throw" adjustment. Hopes!

    Cheers

Thnx Rick and Bilbo. Problem solvered as they say. I got inside with the Cook using a spanner outside and I undid the bolts holding the backing plate right off.
As the last one loosened there was click and the child lock popped up and I was able to open the door normally. I had locked and unlocked it from inside using the key fob and the child lock had moved freely but something obviously had jammed inside. Plus the bang I gave it to close it right up probably was bit much as well. Note to self: Don't be so heavy handed in future.
    All good now.
