    Maybe you should try a different servo in that case. Some engines will run more efficiently on higher octane enough so it makes it overall cheaper, even if a tank costs more. I don't think that applies to E fuels though

    The whole ethanol thing was a sop to vested interests. Basic chemistry tells you that normal ulp has significantly more energy per unit of fuel than the same unit diluted with ethanol. Don't get confused over octane rating and energy output per unit of fuel. Unless your engine has been specifically designed for ethanol then steer clear for all the reasons posted earlier... and the some... (end of rant)

    Unless you are using a car designed specifically for E85, I wouldn't touch it.

    You don't put diesel in a petrol powered car, and vice versa, because they are not designed for it.

    The few dollars you might save at the pump, will end up costing you somewhere else in the long run. As you have found out, you are already up for a new set of plugs, so.....

    e85 from an aftermarket race fuel supplier is awsome stuff for making big hp, the stuff from united is crap due to all the stuff they add to try and prevent moisture getting into it.
    as for running in d1 no mostly because the fuel line etc wont handle it
