Is anybody running 16"x 7" disco wheels on their defender?
Does the extra width present any problems with fouling suspension etc particularly with maximum articulation?

Hi Bushie,
I think that Vlad's the man for this as well. I recollect seeing photos of his DEFutility with disco steels.
Maybe Vlad can articulate about Doris's articulation.

there are no problems puttin disco wheels on a fender [or visa versa]
you may get tyre rubbing on the radius arms with the extra inset of the wider rim, depending on tyre size. adjust the lock stops if required.
16x7 with 33mm offset is standard landrover issue for Defenders nowdays. The Disco steels have the same width and offset as the alloys factory fitted to new Defenders. There are no rubbing issues with standard tyre sizes on these rims.
They look good too.

And they look good, too.
Check out pics at the end of my gallery (link in footer below).
