    Lifting Dash

I HAVE A 1995 300TDI AND THE DASH WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY
IN 1996 AND IT HAS NOW LIFTED AGAIN. WOULD I HAVE ANY CHANCE OF GETTING IT REPLACED BY LANDROVER.

I'd say you have Buckley's of getting anything out of those as5eholes at LRA when it comes to product support . Every employee of LRA "Customer Care" [Not!] should be sent to work for Toyota for a year to learn what the term means.

But more importantly, please DON'T YELL! 8O . All upper case is considered very rude in Internet-land, so please learn how to use the <Shift> and/or <Caps Lock> keys, OK?

If they fitted a replacement for the same fault I would give it a go.
There are two types of people in this world, good and bad. The good sleep better, but the bad seem to enjoy the waking hours

I'd definately get back to them. I had mine changed in '98 and it's been fine since, even after spending 2 1/2 years up here where everything goes to crap.

Your vehicle may be out of warranty but it is a recognised fault, otherwise they wouldn't have done it in the first place. Just because they may have done a dodgy job doesn't mean they should get away with it.

I don't like your chances, but give LR a go. Get in touch with them or get your closest dealer to approach them on your behalf. Put a good case forward & mention the previous replacement & you might be surpirised.

There was a dash securing kit released also which was basically strips of metal rivetted along the dash edge near the windscreen. Not too pretty, but did the job if the dash wasn't too "curly".

There was a modified dash but it sounds like your replacement in '96 probably wouldn't have been the modified type. From memory, the mod. dash appeared late '96 or '97.
