i met a bloke in Karratha that had a similar problem and found that the hose to the turbo was split as soon as he put a new hose problem solved :?:

The overheating can be caused by a number of things, start with the obvious blocked radiator core ( with the aircons fitted bugs often build up between the radiator and aircon heat exchanger) but I would tend to look more at the bottom hose if radiator is in good nick, This bottom hose is the suction hose and if it has not been replaced for a long while they can soften and will suck closed at higher revs reducing water flow through the engine.
