Thread: disco window prob

s1 disco drivers power window keeps coming off the rear rubber track (nearest the lock) and jamming

where do i get a new rubber as the glass has squashed it where it crosses over the rubber when it comes off

the spot welded bottom bracket of the offending runner has broken the spot welds, but it looks like its been broken for a while, so i dont know if this is the cause as this problem has just started

any ideas?

It took me 6hrs to stop my pass side window from
jaming. there is a lot of tighten this, loosen that, hit this
and hit that. but it works really well now. had the door stripped,
there was nothing in it or on it.
i dont want to do that again!
