    When you change the fuel filter you don't need to prime it. It will self prime very quickly and start with no issues and at most you may just need to turn ignition on and give it a few seconds for the pump to refill the filter.

    And yes that is the RAVE CD you now have. Probably the best maintenance manuals you will ever use (along with google and AULRO).

    Thanks all for the advice,
    First 'all oils' service went ahead without a hitch!, no stripped plastic diff fill plugs,
    (transfer case fill plug was really tight, but that was easily overcome)
    and i'm sure i'll work out a knack to getting a good grip on the oil filter to remove it!
