    I'll get onto it as soon as I get the chance. Are the parts genuine only or aftermarket?

    There's both. Ebay, Roverlord on here, genuine.... These are the shims in question.

    The shims are cheap so I did mine when doing the transfer box leaks.

    If the shims have been gone for a while the gears will have started wearing into the housing. This was the case with my old RR Classic.

    Jeff McNamara machined the housing and then supplied some nice hardened steel ones to suit.
