    D2 Steering Adjustment

    I want to adjust the turning circle of the Disco (2003), I hate the multipoint turning where anyone else turns in one, looking at the bolts(?) they are a hexagon with a slight dome machined on top and are not a bolt as such like the RR so I just can't screw them in a bit more. Has anyone done this?
    Seems to me I will need to machine off the hex a bit. Any idea how much?

    Not sure on that one richard, i would have assumed LR would have made the TC as tight as possible when the vehicle was manufactured, mind you LR has been know to do sillier things. I would have thought when trying to make the TC tighter the major limiting factor is the amount of room within the wheel arch and wheel clearance from chassis or other components when on full lock.     The TC on our RR is a lot tighter than the disco and it has bigger wheels

    Try this link, I have changed my stops to the 23mm and the difference is excellent. I purchased the genuine parts from Southside Landrover in Brisbane.
